The problem

Pricing embroidery by eye costs you money

Most shops price jobs from experience or by copying competitors. The result: inconsistent quotes and margins in the red without knowing it.

Without Embfy

You price by eye

  • You don't know what each embroidery job really costs you
  • You charge the same for a run of 5 as for 50 units
  • You lose 10-20 min recalculating for every client
  • Specialty thread, foam or water-soluble eat your margin silently
  • You accept big jobs without knowing if they're profitable
With Embfy

You price with criteria

  • Real cost broken down per piece, on every calculation
  • Automatic volume discount without losing margin
  • Every quote in 30 seconds, not 20 minutes
  • Specialty materials are reflected in the client's price
  • Profitability traffic light before you accept the job

How it works

From idea to fair price in 3 steps

Set up your shop once and Embfy runs the real numbers for you on every quote.

1

Set up your shop

Thread cost, labor, energy, machine depreciation. 5 minutes, one time only, and the engine is calibrated to your real cost structure.

2

Enter the embroidery data

Size, colors, density, specialty thread, foam or water-soluble, number of units, machine to use. Every change recalculates the price instantly.

3

Charge with margin under control

It recommends the optimal method (stitches/hourly/flat) with a ⭐ and shows a traffic light: 🟢 good margin, 🟡 tight, 🔴 low. You decide.

What's included

Real calculation, not estimates

Embfy models the real cost of every operation: thread, backing, labor, energy, depreciation and overhead. Nothing is left out.

3 pricing methods at once

Per stitch, per head-hour and flat price per unit. It calculates all three in parallel with your shop's rates and recommends the most profitable one for each job.

Per stitch Per head-hour Flat/unit

Smart multi-head

It knows how many cycles your 2, 4, 6, 8+ head machine needs and allocates costs correctly.

Profitability traffic light

Good margin, tight, low or unprofitable. You always know your margin before accepting.

Quote history

Save every calculation with a name. Duplicate, adjust or load it for similar clients in seconds.

What we are · and what we're not

It's not a magic app.
It's a very well-built calculator.

So we don't waste your time: this is what Embfy does, and what it doesn't.

It does
  • Calculate the real cost per piece (thread, labor, energy, depreciation, overhead)
  • Allocate costs correctly on 1, 2, 4, 6, 8+ head machines with cycles
  • Recommend the most profitable method (stitches / hourly / flat)
  • Warn you with a traffic light when a job isn't profitable
  • Apply volume discounts without losing margin
  • Keep your history so you can reload last week's client calculation
  • Work on phone, tablet, laptop and PC
It doesn't
  • Digitize DST / EMB designs (use Wilcom, Hatch or your usual software for that)
  • Control your machine over USB or send it the file
  • Invoice your client or do your bookkeeping
  • Manage your thread or stabilizer inventory
  • Make you a better digitizer (that's on you)
  • Bring you new clients (that's on you)
  • Replace shop common sense (Embfy helps you confirm it with numbers)

FAQ

What people usually ask us

Do I need a card to start?
No. You sign up with email and password, pick a plan, and get 14 days free to try everything. You only need a card if you decide to continue after the trial.
How do I cancel if it's not for me?
Anytime, from your account — one click. No calls, no forms, no "let us keep you". If you cancel during the 14-day trial, nothing is charged.
What happens if I don't add a card after the 14 days?
Nothing drastic: your account stays active on a very limited Free plan (3 calculations a month, 1 machine, no saving). You can upgrade to Basic/Pro/Studio anytime from your account. No card on file, no surprise charges.
Is Embfy for my type of machine?
Yes, if you do industrial embroidery with a 1+ head machine (Tajima, Barudan, Maya, Brother PR, Ricoma, ZSK, Happy, Melco, etc.). You configure the kW, average RPM and price of your machine once and Embfy does the rest.
Is my data private?
Yes. We're GDPR compliant. Your quotes and configuration are never shared or used to train AIs. See our privacy policy for details.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, with no penalty. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account. The difference is prorated automatically.
Does it work offline?
The app is a PWA: it needs internet the first time, but afterwards you can check your saved quotes without a connection. New calculations do require internet to sync with your account.
Is there support if I get stuck?
The Studio plan includes WhatsApp support during business hours (Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 CET). Basic and Pro plans have email support at info@grupolegatec.com.
